Despite God, and the best lawyers money can buy, Jerry Falwell has failed to shut down a site using a mispelling of his name. The site is highly critical of Jerry's views on the world.
His defense is based around people accidently believing it to be his real site. This defense does have plausibility. Sure, normal people generally aren't that dumb, but then again, his flock is made up of mid-western christian fundies who are.
